How can I be sure of the quality of work?

All Rakemates go through a rigorous training process to ensure you always receive the highest quality service.

Do I have to be home for service?

You don’t need to be home for us to beautify your front yard. You’ll know we were at your home because we send notifications upon completion and you’ll have a small token of appreciation near your front door.

Why do you limit the services you offer?

Our mission is to hire people who are underutilized in other industries. The scope of landscaping can range from grading land to mowing a lawn. We know our limits and we want to share our abilities with your family while providing employment to our community.

Can I add extra services to my package?

You can change your package at anytime by visiting “My Account”, then “Billing”. We offer pre-crafted packages based on your neighborhood needs to provide a remarkable experience for both you and your Rakemates. 

Do you use chemicals on the lawn?

Rakemates loves the environment and we prefer to be eco-friendly. We will not use chemicals on your lawn.

Do you use eco-friendly tools?

Whenever possible, we will choose battery operated and eco-friendly tools.

Which days will you arrive at my home?

Your Rakemates will visit your home twice per month. We will space the time between visits to keep your front yard beautiful. To provide a remarkable service, we plan our routes to visit one neighborhood at a time to limit our carbon footprint.

How much does Rakemates cost?

We offer pre-crafted packages based on your neighborhood needs to provide a remarkable experience for both you and your Rakemates. We offer several packages. View the packages for your home.

Can I tip my Rakemates?

Rakemates provides cashless care. Your willingness to offer gratuity is greatly appreciated. Your Rakemates are compensated for their remarkable service and are not permitted to accept tips.

How soon will you arrive after I subscribe?

Your Rakemates work in an efficient way that focuses on one neighborhood at a time, and will beautify your home twice per month. We guarantee to service your front yard within 14-days. We will do our best to service your front yard as soon as possible within the 14-day guarantee. Our promise is to conveniently beautify your front yard and our Rakemates look forward to providing remarkable service.

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment information at anytime by visiting “My Account”, then “Billing”.

No. Your Rakemates service is one monthly fee. We don’t hide fees, surcharges, or taxes. The total amount of your Rakemates package is located at our services page.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from the “My Account” page. From the “My Account” page click on the “Subscriptions” link and “View” your subscription to edit it.

How do I change my billing date?

Your billing date is based on the day you signed up for your Rakemates account and cannot be changed from your Account. The only way to change your billing date is to cancel your account and restart it on the date you’d like to be billed.
